Our "Free Introductory Session" is designed to introduce the new student to the positive benefits of Martial Arts while moving toward their first belt.
The traditional structured environment of Martial Arts teaches self control, self discipline, self esteem and self respect creating a greater understanding of one. The styles that we teach are a combination of those listed below with emphasis upon pragmatic reactions based on physiological movements and the application of trained techniques using all facets of the body as a weapon.
- Kenpo - The Kenpo style relies on reaction based movements intended to use the body as weapon for self defense.
- Boxing - We combine our training to offer you a highly effective workout while learning self-defense and having fun!
- Muay Thai - A distinctive and effective for practical application to fighting strategy.
- Arnis - Used for striking, defending and disarming frontal assaults of armed assailants.
While online classes are designed with these styles in mind, a Martial Arts practitioner is taught to integrate all facets of the mind and body. Our curriculum is structured toward the individual, different people have different expectations. We adapt our training regiment to work on multiple components for all ages. Our classes will help you develop mental clarity, coordination and flexibility; increase strength and endurance; build muscle and trim fat while providing a comprehensive self defense skills in a safe environment.
